I Have This Huge Chunk Of Tissue That Came From

I have this huge chunk of tissue that came from my vagina. I was not on my period and it isn't due for another week or so. This was not a blood clot. It looked more like what I'd picture an organ looking like. Flesh. A pretty healthy amount of blood came out as well. It was slimy. I have cramps that aren't very severe, my whole abdomin is pretty sore and my thighs started hurting severely afterwards. I'm slightly dizzy as well. It was just larger than an average egg. Should I see a doctor? What could this be? This has never happened before.
