I Have This Pain Every Time I Pee On My

I have this pain every time I pee on my clit,and i feel like I frequently need to pee,small amounts of urine for that matter, I have had unprotected sex and it started since then, its been five days noe...I've been trying to drink as much water as possible but I'm not getting better
