I Have This Pain On My Lower Left Abdomen Sort

I have this pain on my lower left abdomen sort of pricky. I have seen my doctor and he did scan tests and I was told I am perfectly fine. Unfortunately I still feel the same way I just don't know what to do or which test to take please advise me. Regards
