I Have This Pain On My Neck Which Spread Towards

I have this pain on my neck which spread towards left and left shoulder and sometimes left hand.

Today I got this pain severe when I got up.

I also have this for a few days but today it got worse.

I am married with a child (2 yrs) and I am 31 yrs.

Please advise if this is a sprain or something else.
