I Have This Pain Right Around The Top Of My

I have this pain right around the top of my butt crack. When I feel the area it’s swollen and very tender. When I press on it sometimes it makes me feel like I have to pee. I’m also on my period but it’s very uncomfortable unless I’m sitting straight up or laying flat on my back/tummy. Any ideas what my problem could be?
