I Have This Really Big Problem A Few Months Ago

I have this really big problem a few months ago I swallowed my boyfriends semen and now I constantly have phlegm or like mucus in the back of my throat.. I tried everything but it won't go away every day I have to spit mucus out (which sort of tastes like his semen) and it's really annoying am I allergic to it? Should I see a doctor?
