I Have This Red Rash On My Waist. It Has

I have this red rash on my waist. It has been here for 3 weeks now and won't go away. It did have some scabbing on it till 2 days ago. It was also very itchy till I scratched off the sores. It has not healed at all and i have no idea what it could be.
