I Have This "sensation" Of Movement On The Right Side

I have this "sensation" of movement on the right side of my head in 3 different areas, behind the lower part of my ear, the top of my ear and to the right top of my ear. Happens only a couple of times during the day....mid morning and at bedtime (9:00 p.m.) it feels like you would image a snake moving through the grass. Doesn't last long, 3-5 minutes but it's really annoying.
