I Have This Several Times A Year Feels Kind Of

I have this several times a year feels kind of like a yeast infection but it hurts on the outside of the vaginal area! I have burning and am all red I just tried a yeast suppository and did help for the first and second day but now the evening is not going well! I have had to use Flagyl last year and this year already it helps but then I get a bad headache and can't think straight brain fog and I now have issues with dizziness for the last 2 years but this year has been the worst so I know I do not want to take this medication again! I have IBS as well so I guess I have several issues but really want help with my burning and itchy vaginal area right now! I will probably see my dr tomorrow but don't know if she is in and most times they don't know what to do for me either! What r your thoughts and advice?
