I Have This Small 'growth' On My Leg. It's Only

I have this small 'growth' on my leg. It's only about 1/4 of an inch in diameter and it's black in color and feels like a scab--it is hard and sometimes also has a white-ish edge to it. But, when you press it or 'move' it you can feel the blood underneath it--anytime it is accidentally nicked with a razor or something it bleeds and bleeds. It doesn't itch or or hurt...but, it's very ugly. Is there a way to get rid of it??
