I Have This Sore On The Inside Right Side Of

I have this sore on the inside right side of my labia minora that is the same color as my. Inner lips. It protrudes a cm out blocking my vaginas opening unless I pull my lips apart and slide it out of the way. It is sore to sit down certain ways but I can squeeze it and no issues as long as I don't get the base a certain way.
