I Have This Squeshy Lump Below My Knee That Comes

I have this squeshy lump below my knee that comes and goes. Its about the size of half dollar and non tender. I am healthy and swim and bike and notice after swimming, sitting or standing. Seems to be fluid accumulation. The same knee does have meniscus tear... untreated.
