I Have This Strange Fluttering In My Diaphragm Area Sometimes

I have this strange fluttering in my diaphragm area sometimes I feel it in my stomach also I have seen a ER doctor and wore a heart monitor all is well with my heart I am told my labs indicated that my TSH was 0.05 I am being treated by an endocrinologist for hyperthyroidism as well as Graves disease spoke with my endocrinologist about this she said I need to talk to my regular doctor spoke with him about the issue he doesn't seem to think that there's anything major wrong. My next question is is this free or will I have to pay?
