I Have This Tiny Bald Spot On The Top Of

I have this tiny bald spot on the top of my head and it's been there for about a month. Very rarely I get headaches in that area and get pins in needles on my head and sometimes feel disoriented and dizzy. Is this a brain tumor, early stroke, or something else?
