I Have This Vibration Like A Cell Phone In My

I have this vibration like a cell phone in my chest. I have a pacemaker, but recently was told that the pacemaker is working properly. but was not told what could be the problem. the buzzing lasts a few seconds, and may occur several times then go away. sometimes it feels like it happens when i am still. . I take readings of my blood pressure, and all seems normal.
