I Have This Wierd Smell Coming From My Vaginal Area

I have this wierd smell coming from my vaginal area and some pain and discomfort in my uterine area along with a lot of discharge I keep getting sick at my stomach for some reason and I also have missed my last 2 periods I googles what this could be and all answers came back to ovarian cancer please help me figure out what is going on
