Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have three (3) knots (bulges) on my right leg below the knee and down the side of my leg. It doesn't hurt but the appearance bothers me. I look like I have veins sticking out. I have been seen by two doctors, the first one opened my first knot (I only had one at that time). There was a jelly-like substance that came out. It healed and appeared to be gone. Then, it came back plus the second one. Another doctor put a needle in the second one and it appeared to be a clear liquid that was pulled into the syringe. Now, I have three very unsightly bulges on my leg. They appear to be ganglions but are not on my wrist. Any ideas?
