I Have Three Fused Cervical Vert - Surgeries Were Over

I have three fused cervical vert - surgeries were over 10 years ago. This past two weeks I have been having pain in my right wrist, & top of my hand. I wake at night with severe pain in my hand, and find that my hand and fingers are numb, tingling, burning pain, and sharp pain. I am trying to figure out if it could be something with my cervical spine, or if it may be something like carpal tunnel. It would help me to know what sort of specialist to see.
