I Have Three Ganglian Cysts On My Right Hand Currently.

I have three ganglian cysts on my right hand currently. The one on my little finger has been there for about 16 months and was caused by trauma. It is so painful my finger feels broken. I have a new one (a few days old) on the ring finger and it is very painful and I just found one on the out side of my wrist that does not hurt at all. Others have come and gone in the last few years on both hands. I do not think I can have a needle aspiration because of a mastectomy on the right side. Any suggestions? I have used Voltaren and I think it helps sometimes. I am 64.
