I Have Three Hard Bumps On My Scalp, Near The

I have three hard bumps on my scalp, near the neckline. I tried to open them, and got a little fluid, then they scabbed over. They itch a little, but I can't seem to leave them alone! They don't hurt. I had a haircut a few months ago the my stylist used clippers. I figured the were ingrown hairs, but they won't go away. I was told they could be stress bumps.
