I Have Three, Small, Perfectly Round Pea-sized Patches On My

I have three, small, perfectly round pea-sized patches on my face. One is red, the other two normal skin color. They flake and when I touch the area it feels like I have either a bee stinger in the skin or fiberglass. It does not bother me otherwise except they do not cover well with makeup. I have not changed my make-up, lotion, or soap routine in years. I can slightly control the flakiness by applying lip balm directly to the spots, but I have to be faithful with daily application. What are these? It started with one under my nose, then on my upper left cheek, and now above my right eyebrow on my forehead.
