I Have Three Small Pimple Like Sores But Open And

I have three small pimple like sores but open and white in middle on my right inside and one on outside labia minora. They are extremely painful and burns badly when I use the restroom. The whole minora is protruding out and swollen. They started two days ago but I thought it was just "rug burn" during intercourse but they turned into pimple like sores. They are open and white centers. Please help! Thank you
