I Have Three Symptoms, Two Of Which Occur During Weather

I have three symptoms, two of which occur during weather under 50F degrees: fingers very cold with purple tips, very cold nose with red/ purple tip. The third symptom has been chronic for over a year, which involves a decrease in penis size both erect & non- erect (never full erection) and when erect is crooked and flacid at the tip.
