I Have Thyroid Nodules And Have Taken Levothyroxine For Several

I have thyroid nodules and have taken levothyroxine for several years. Also, I had ultrasound and 2 biopsies a few yrs ago. When I changed doctors to an endocrinologist, he doesn't really think ultra sound is necessary. Also, he doesn't give thorough tests for tsh and freeTs. I have osteoporosis and had surgery for five broken vertebrae. I also have fibromyalgia. I am in constant pain with no real answers....i am off track. What do you think of levothroxine and the ultrasound issue?
