I Have Thyroid Nodules Xs 15 Years. 10 Years On

I have thyroid nodules xs 15 years. 10 years on synthroid and they didn't shrink. Currently they measure 5.9 cmx 2.0cm and the noldules are 32x20x22mm and 11x7x6 and 10x7x7mm, My T levels have always been good. At what point should I consider surgery. My Endo doctor says they are large enough to remove.
