I Have Thyroid Problems, Have Had It For Years But

I have thyroid problems, have had it for years but for the last year my hair is falling out quite a bit and I know my thyroid has been around 4.6 or higher but below 5 and my Dr. Keeps saying it is fine but I think it is too high. I do take thyroid pills and have for years
