I Have Tightening In My Esophagus, A Slight Wheeze And

I have tightening in my esophagus, a slight wheeze and some acid reflux. I also have been very stressed and lots of anxiety. I have been taking dexilant which helped the acid reflux but still have tightening in esophagus in between breasts. What could this be? Thanks
