I Have Tightness And Some Mild To Moderate Pain In

I have tightness and some mild to moderate pain in my right forearm. I do work at a desk / computer all day, and I have been treated in the past for it (can't remember if carpel tunnel was the diagnosis). It has come and gone over several years. However, I have recently experienced a tingling sensation when I lean on it a certainb way or hold it up in a certain way, so I am a little concerned.
