I Have Tightness In Chest, Some Belching. It Was Worse

I have tightness in chest, some belching. It was worse at night after lying down but now happens during the day as well. A couple years ago started having several food allergies dairy,gluten soy. Watch my diet very carefully however lately blood pressure going up and some heart palpitations.Just don't feel well, lack of energy. 2010 had a mascectomy and tram. Also had all the heart test to rule out heart problems. Wondering about a possible hiatal hernia or gallbladder? According to my blood work I should be in perfect health. Any suggestions?
