I Have Tightness In My Chest, A Dry Hacking Cough,

I have tightness in my chest, a dry hacking cough, aches, post nasal drip, yellow mucus.
My hands have been freezing cold and I feel chilled all over.
I had fever at night.
I got sick right after the flu shot. Have not had the more recent pneumonia shot.
Age 73. I have felt bad since last Tuesday afternoon.
Is it allergies or flu again or pneumonia?
What do I need to take to feel better.
