I Have Tightness Of Chest And Hard Of Breathing. Last

I have tightness of chest and hard of breathing. Last year I checked my heart and it was all okay.
Strange thing is that my esophagus hurts at times when drinking water or liquids. Also I burp all the time. even worse after eating or drinking anything.
Had blood clots in my left leg a few years ago but gone now.
