I Have Tinea In Between Two Of My Toes Since

I have tinea in between two of my toes since I am 18 years old ( now 62 ) Presently I have a lesion on my shaft of my penis that resembles tinea photos on the penis that I am seeing online. It is flat, white, well circumscribed. It is asymptomatic and does not itch or burn. Also the fronts of my lower legs are covered with itchy spotty lesions that leaves me really scratching hard all the time. The skin is shiny and most of the hair has fallen off the fronts of my legs. How best to treat?
