I Have Tinea Versicolour And For The First Time Have

I have tinea versicolour and for the first time have come out in a rash over most of my body. I have has this for about 10 days and use pevaryl foaming shampoo for the first 3 days then cream after than, with aloe vera. Rash was very dry today so I thought I would use the pevaryl foaming shampoo again. The rash now is worse than ever and raised. Is this normal? Many thanks
