I Have Tingling And Numbness In My Left Fingers And

I have tingling and numbness in my left fingers and hand. It comes and goes. Sometimes it wakes me up at night. Its only been going on for about a month. Before that, I would have that same feeling in my legs occasionally - like they were "asleep". Have not had that feeling in my legs for over a month now. Just my hand now. I do not have a b12 deficiency. My daily vitamin has 250% of b12. This is not painful, just annoying and sometimes lasts about an hour before getting back to normal. Thank you.
