I Have Tingling Down My Right Arm Into My Thumb

I have tingling down my right arm into my thumb and fore finger going on about a week. Recently has started on the left side. For about a hour now my faceon the left side is slightly tingly from my cheekbones down to my jaw line
I am a lifer on warfarin. Could this still be stroke symptoms?
