I Have Tingling In Face And Feet And Ear Ringing

I have tingling in face and feet and ear ringing when sitting in upright position. Plus mild case of indigestion and bloating that usually starts about 1/2 hr after eating. Drinking soda makes it worse. Is this some type of neuropathy? Also very noisy stomach and gas, especially between meals. 50 year old male, overweight
