I Have Tingling In My Right Hand. I Have Gone

I have tingling in my right hand. I have gone to therpy but the tingling is still there. I went to an ortho doctor and he told me I have carpoltunnel. I have gone to a chiropractor and he told me I don't have carpul tunnel. I thought maybe because my diabetis is high that is what is causing the tingling,
