I Have Tiny Little Groups Of Bumps That Are Flesh

I have tiny little groups of bumps that are flesh colored and the size of little tastebuds on your tongue. they are on both sides on my labia minora. I also noticed two skin tag looking things on there too. these don't bleed but they itch and irritate me. when I use the bathroom it doesn't hurt but you can feel the irritation.is this an STI? like herpes or warts????
