I Have Tiny White Bumps On The Bottom Of My

I have tiny white bumps on the bottom of my penis right above my testicles. However you can only see these bumps when im erect. I just recently got a physical and when the doctor checked for a hernia, she didnt suspect or see anything wrong. I dont think they are fordyce spots. I've had chlamydia before but took a oral sample once and as far as i know have been std free. Should i be worried???
