I have to fill out a social security form for every doctor visit. I can't read the doctors writing for sinusitis treatment Zithromax and Depo Mecrol IM (?spelling); When I googled it --something close came up: Depo Medrol Intramuscular. I know she said it was a steroid shot. Is this likely what was given? Thanks.
