I Have To Have Both My Shoulders Replaced. They Say

I have to have both my shoulders replaced. They say I have Psoriatic arthritis. My surgeon has told me i need a right and left reverse replacement. Im 51 years old. I am taking dicofanac and Humira. in the last weeks I started to get for arm to hand pain I never had before. Also I have been tired lately. I also had a few years ago a l4, l5, s1 fusion. The forearm pain is concerning as it is new in the last 3 weeks. Could it be nuerological or just the PSA traveling?
