I Have To Red Spots / Patches Near My Left

I have to red spots / patches near my left eye. One below it and one of the side of my nose. They aren't raised and don't hurt, when I don't touch them, but I can barely touch them. They hurt like a bruise does. It has happened in the last hour what could it be?
