I Have To Take A Drug Test On Tuesday Afternoon

I have to take a drug test on Tuesday afternoon around 3:15 for probation and they send my urine to the lab to also test it for alcohol I took nyquil 30 ml dose 1 dose last night b c I'm not feeling well I'm sick with a cold and flu like systems. Will I flunk my test on Tuesday
