I Have To Take Benzibiotic Inj 1.2M Once Every Month

I have to take benzibiotic inj 1.2M once every month and 250mg Klaricid daily to avoid throat infection as I live in the allergy capital of the universe I would say; Islamabad, a nightmare for people with allergies. I am on this therapy for many years now so I am ok with it. But I am extremely worried about my children now. It’s almost daily I have to give them Klaricid syrup to avoid throat infection. My daughters are 5 & 7 yrs old. Is it ok to continue like this or is there any other way to prevent throat infection in children? Doctor Wajid Ali of Hearts International hospital RWP says the only solution is to leave Islamabad. Pls help
