I Have To Ulcer Type Sores, One On My Forehead

I have to ulcer type sores, one on my forehead in between my eyes above the bridge of my nose and the other on my chin. They are full of some type of deposits, like little rocks. The one on my forehead I have such headaches I have to get them out every week.
