I Have Tonsil And Blood Comes When I Deeply Give

I have tonsil and blood comes when I deeply give pressure on my throat and it happens since 2 months ago and I am 21 year ..actly I go to ENT but he said I have only tonsil and infection he give some antibiotics its reduce redness of my tonsil but blood not stop when I deeply pressure on my thorat and I am smoker so plzzz plzz help me what I do now is it symptoms of tonsil cnacer...and in my tonsil there is no pain of any type only blood comes so plz tell me what I do now is it tonsil cancer or something dangers
