I Have Tonsil Infection 1 Month Before. My Ent Gave

I have tonsil infection 1 month before. My ent gave me antibiotics after 4 days he said to stop it as my tonsils getting recovered. After that i feel tightness in my neck and head. During night i feel normal and feel something coming out from tonsils. I again started antibiotics. Bt after some day i feel little dicomfort and during night i feel better after drainage from my tonsil. I am wondering what is happening with me. Also i cannot talk loud or for long time. My throat hurts.
