I Have Tonsil Stones. And Sometimes I Notice That My

I have tonsil stones. And sometimes I notice that my jawline and under my neck is swollen. Could the tonsil stones be causing that? When I brush my teeth in the mornings I often gag and I find a tonsil stone in the sink after I finish brushing my teeth. Sometimes it feels like my throat is closing up cause I can't get the tonsil stone out.
