I Have Torn Cartridge In My Right Hip. The Doc

I have torn cartridge in my right hip. The Doc says scope surgery is not an option due to a cyst showing in the scan in my hip bone is right where they would need to make puncture's to promote new cartilage growth. Isn't there a way to treat the cyst in my hip bone? I'm only 47 and certainly do not want a hip replacement this young!
