I Have Torn Legaments In My Knee And The Pain

I have torn legaments in my knee and the pain has moved up my leg and hip and sometimes my shin- I can barely walk- Im using a cain- I took 2000 mg of ibuprofen an and 1500 mg of tyneol this is in a 24 hr period- is it safe to take that much for pain- I have been doing this for 3 weeks now
